Shengxing curtain wall Xi'an Branch: supporting Northwest high-rise building

After about 70 minutes' drive, the interview group came to Famen Town, 10 kilometers north of Fufeng County, Baoji City, where the famous Famen Temple is. Famen Temple Pagoda is known as "the real pagoda of protecting the country", and it was rated as "the Ninth Wonder of the world" by UNESCO in 2004. The cultural scenic spot of Famen temple where the temple is located is a national AAAAA tourist attraction.

The reporter saw that on the right side of the "national protection pagoda" is the magnificent stupa of ten Buddhist relics in Famen Temple. The body of the pagoda is full of light and color. It is in the shape of ten hands. There is a pagoda type building with Buddhist finger relics in the middle. Inside the pagoda is the world-famous Buddha Sakyamuni's real body relics. Founded in 2004, the ten stone stupa of Famen Temple was designed by Li Zuyuan, a famous architectural designer in Taiwan. The tower is 148 meters high and the total investment of the stupa is more than 5 billion yuan. On March 29, 2009, the Buddhist holy land, Famen Temple, was completed. On May 9, 2009, a grand ceremony was held to lay down the Buddha's fingers and lay down the Buddha's interests.

Yuejunhui introduced that the curtain wall cost of Famen Temple project is more than 200 million yuan, and Shengxing has undertaken the construction of the stone curtain wall of the base of Heshi relic tower, the aluminum plate curtain wall of the tower body and the cable glass curtain wall at the elevator position. He recalled that during the peak construction period in 2008, Shengxing had more than 1000 construction personnel on the project site.

Glass curtain wall is the product of modern scientific development, and it is the remarkable feature of the era of modernism high-rise building. Zhongshan Shengxing Co., Ltd. (formerly known as "Zhongshan Shengxing curtain wall Co., Ltd.") was founded in 1987, reformed in 2001, and officially listed in 2003, thus becoming the fourth officially listed joint-stock company in Zhongshan. Since 1990, the company has undertaken more than 500 large and medium-sized curtain wall projects in many provinces and cities in China. More than 14 million square meters of glass curtain wall, aluminum plate curtain wall, dry hanging stone curtain wall and doors and windows are designed and installed. There are 147 super high-rise buildings above 100m and 41 super high-rise buildings above 150m. The early saying of "Shengxing in the south, Lingyun in the middle and Yuanda in the north" fully shows the leading position of Shengxing curtain wall industry in China.

As an old curtain wall design and construction enterprise, Shengxing curtain wall has undertaken more than 20 projects in the Northwest market in recent years. In 2018, Shengxing company and Xi'an University of construction technology jointly established curtain wall safety appraisal center, becoming the first professional curtain wall safety appraisal center with CMA and CNS certification in China.

Born in 1975, Yue Junhui comes from Tianshui, Gansu Province. After graduating from Xi'an University in 1997, he directly entered Shengxing curtain wall Xi'an branch to work for 22 years. He said that the building curtain wall is light in quality, good in seismic performance, strong in material and color selection, easy to realize the various modeling requirements of architects, and has become an indispensable external maintenance structure for high-rise and super high-rise buildings. At the same time, as the external maintenance structure of the building, curtain wall has the requirements of wind pressure resistance, water tightness, air tightness, thermal engineering, sound insulation and other physical properties, and the quality is the top priority. Shengxing curtain wall adheres to the business philosophy of "not seeking the biggest, but seeking the best", takes "constant improvement and improvement" as the quality policy, adheres to the quality control, and completes every project.

Yue Junhui admitted that under one of the national "one belt, one road" initiative, Xi'an branch of Shing Hing curtain wall will seize this golden opportunity to continue to play its technological advantages, increase investment in Xi'an branch, further expand the Northwest market, and build up a project for the west of North China.
